Stephen Colbert wants James Franco to take a break from his insane work schedule. The Late Show host staged a hilarious career intervention while interviewing the 38-year-old actor on Thursday. Colbert jokingly asked after listing some of Franco?s 60 projects for the year. Colbert said amid audience laughter, "You're not leaving until you drop one of these projects coming up." Franco confirmed that he plans on spending the holidays with his mom and younger brothers, Dave and Tommy Franco.
