Our friends at Pro Wrestling Sheet have learned the results of WWE women's wrestling legend, Chyna?s autopsy. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner says her death was caused in an accidental manner by the ?combined effect of drugs and alcohol.? Chyna's manager, Anthony Anzaldo, who lived nearby, discovered the 46-year-old ex-WWE star dead on April 20 in her bed at her Redondo Beach home. Pro Wrestling Sheet had also previously reported that Chyna had been drinking heavily prior to her death ? "partly due to her relationship with WWE being so bad that she couldn?t get an invite to their Hall of Fame."
