On this Sunday's Rob & Chyna Baby Special, Blac Chyna opens up about having to keep her first pregnancy with son King Cairo, who she shares with her ex Tyga, a secret. "This is so surreal to me," Chyna says about her baby shower for Dream Kardashian. Chyna explains that she had to "hide" the pregnancy. Unfortunately, the Kardashians weren't able to make it to the shower because they're away in Paris for fashion week.
