"Shameless" star Emmy Rossum's bid for equal pay has been successful, if her latest Tweet is any indication.
Rossum held up negotiations for the 8th season of the Showtime hit, based on a British series of same name, to demand equal pay to co-star William H. Macy, who plays her father on the show.
However, the tactic must have been successful because on Wednesday, Rossum tweeted to her fans, ?Playing Fiona Gallagher has been one of the great privileges of my life.
