Hilary Swank was spotted skiing in Switzerland with her new beau, producer Philip Schneider. The two cozied up together in between runs. A source explained that she seemed very happy as she laughed and joked with Schneider. The two were seen a month earlier in New York City. Swank and her former fiancé Ruben Torres called off their engagement about six months ago, but no reason was given at the time. Swank was previously married to actor Chad Lowe for ten years.
