According to new rumors surrounding the film, actor James Franco will appear in the upcoming film "Alien: Covenant." According to AvPGalaxy, a fan site dedicated to "Alien," "Predator" and "Alien vs Predator," Franco will feature in the movie as a character named Branson, the captain of the Covenant space ship and the husband of Katherine Waterson's main character Daniels. 20th Century Fox has not yet immediately responded to a request for comment on Franco's involvement in the movie. "Alien: Covenant" is currently scheduled to hit theaters on May 19, 2017.
