Kanye West and President-elect Donald Trump met at Trump Tower Tuesday morning to discuss a potential role for the rapper, E! News has learned exclusively. As for how the meeting came about, the insider tells us that Trump's team reached out to West. His New York City trip also included a visit to an apartment building in the Financial District, as well as some time at a recording studio. "Just friends, just friends, and he's a good man," Trump responded when asked about the meeting.
