Rapper Kanye West stepped out in New York City this morning, and paid a visit to President Elect Donald Trump at his Trump Tower. The pair had a meeting, and posed for photos before Kanye left. Trump explained that they are just friends. (SOUND BITE) This is one of the first public appearances West has made since his hospitalization. Following a series of rants at his concerts, West was admitted for exhaustion and a "spiritual breakdown.
