Singer-songwriter John Legend headline the NBA All-Star Weekend halftime show. This will be the Grammy and Oscar award winning performer's third visit to the All Star Game. In 2013, he performed the national anthem, and in 2009 he performed during the half time show. The All Star game is scheduled in New Orleans, Louisianna on February 19th.
