Kanye West appeared in public for the first time since being hospitalized in November. The rapper was spotted at an art installation on Thursday night at the Pacific Design Centre. Kanye seemed his old self again except for a new do he was rocking, blonde hair. Reports are saying West has been working on new music since returning home.
