A federal judge approved a settlement between "Real Housewives of New Jersey" cast member Teresa Giudice (JOO'-dys) and her creditors. Friday's deal will allow Giudice to pursue a legal malpractice lawsuit against her former bankruptcy lawyer. The actress will reportedly retain 55 percent of any potential winnings from the legal malpractice suit, and the remaining 45 percent will be awarded to her creditors.
