T.J Miller is in hot water. Early Friday morning, the ?Silicon Valley? was arrested on a battery charge.
According to the L.A.P.D, Miller was arrested at approximately 1 a.m., after his Uber driver placed him under citizen?s arrest for assault.
Miller got into a fight with his Uber driver during an argument about president-elect Donald Trump after Miller attended the GQ Man of the Year party.
The driver claimed that Miller slapped him.
