Taraji P. Henson?s ?White Hot Holidays? special was down 35 percent from the 2015 special. The special received 3.3 million total viewers this time around. The actress behind Cookie Lyon shared the stage and title last year with fellow ?Empire? star Terrence Howard. It wasn?t the worst dud on Thursday, however. Over on ABC, the ?Notorious? season finale managed just 2.6 million total viewers. That?s down 44 percent in the 18-45 age demographic from its previous original. NBC swept the evening again with ?Thursday Night Football.?
