VIDEO : Aaron Sorkin to Receive WGA Award for Television Writing

Aaron Sorkin is getting another award. The prolific scribe will receive the West Writers Guild of America 2017 Paddy Chayefsky Laurel Award for his achievement in television writing. Sorkin has won Emmys for his work on "The West Wing," along with an Oscar for penning "The Social Network." Sorkin said he's honored to be chosen for the award and to join such esteemed company. Sorkin continues to move back and forth between film and TV. His most recent feature film was "Steve Jobs." He's directing his first film, called "Molly's game" starring Jessica Chastain. It's set for release in 2017.
