According to new documents, actor Russell Crowe will not be charged with battery over a hotel room incident with rapper Azealia Banks,. Los Angeles Prosecutors released a charge evaluation worksheet that stated that Crowe got into an argument with Banks and threw here out of his hotel room back in October. According to the sheet, he dismissed her after she picked up a glass and threatened people with it. After the incident, Banks accused Crow of calling her a racial slur, spitting on her, and grabbing her by the neck on October 15th.
