More than a year after breaking up, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have reconciled. The couple have become romantically involved again recently, "taking it one day at a time." A source told E! News that in recent months the two have gotten closer "amid a positive change in Disick's behavior." Disick hasn't moved back in with their family yet though. They have three children together, a daughter named Penelope and two sons, Mason and Reign.
