It looks like Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are in the finals stages of their divorce settlement. The former couple agreed on a settlement back in August, but a source told E! News, that they are now in the last part park of working out the details. Three months ago, Depp agreed to pay Heard $7 million dollars, all of which Heard promised to donate to charity. He made an initial donation in Heard's name of $200,000 dollars.
