Kanye West checked out of the hospital and went home. The rapper spent a over a week in the hospital for exhaustion. The family not only celebrated his return, but also the first birthday of his son, Saint. Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner all greeted West at home, and posted a picture on Snapchat of balloons at his house. A source told E! News that the family enjoyed cake and donuts.
