Gomez reigns at the top with 103 million followers with a handful of talented ladies following behind such as Taylor Swift with 93.9 million, Ariana Grande with 89.6 million, America's beloved Beyonce with 88.9 million, and reality star Kim Kardashian coming in as 5th on the list with 88.2 million followers.
