Oscar-winner Eddie Redmayne has starred in critically acclaimed films like Les Miserables and The Theory of Everything and is now taking the Wizarding World by storm in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. However, it seems the British actor still yearns for another big role, one of BBC's timeless hero Doctor Who. In an interview with Radio 1 in the U.K., Redmayne was asked about the possibility of portraying the Doctor, to which he replied, "Would I do it? Yeah! It?s a great show. I do see the resemblance." Redmayne has proven his ability to play a bumbling but lovable character and with Doctor Who being a British institution, the possibility for Redmayne taking on the role may certainly be on the horizon.
