Actress Amber Heard previously promised that the $7 million she was set to receive from her divorce from estranged husband Johnny Depp would be split up among a few charities. Heard has yet to deliver on that promise but is assuring everyone that it is for a good reason. Heard's attorneys confirmed with E! News that the final divorce documents have yet to be signed and until they are, the money will not be released.
