VIDEO : Amber Heard's New Domestic Violence PSA

In an emotional new PSA for the #GirlGaze Project, actress Amber Heard spoke up about domestic violence. She made the video in honor of International Day for the Elimination of Violence towards Women. Earlier this year, Heard went through a very public divorce from Johnny Depp--who she claims was abusive in their relationship. In the video, she never says Depp's name, but talks to someone off camera about her experience. She mentioned the stigma around the word "victim", and how society needs to shift and be more supportive of women. Since her divorce, Heard was awarded $7 million dollars from Depp, and donated it to charity.
