Olympic gymnast Laurie Hernandez and her professional dance partner, Val Chmerkovskiy won "Dancing with the Stars" Season 23. After the big win, Hernandez met up with Access Hollywood to share her joy over winning the competition. She said: "This means the world to me. ...
