Actress Shannen Doherty announced on Tuesday that she will be a part of the TV reboot of the cult classic film "Heathers," which she starred in in the 1980s. Doherty posted a photo on her Instagram account of her on a set, revealing she'll be a part of the TV Land "Heathers" reboot. The photo had the caption: "Sneak peek from the#Heathers set..... jealous much?" TV Land told The Hollywood Reporter Doherty will play a "pivotal, unnamed character." In the original film, Doherty starred as Heather Duke, one of three popular girls named Heather in the film.
