Kanye West is now on the road to recovery. A source close to the couple says the rap superstar is ?doing much better? after being hospitalized on November 21st. The source also says his wife, Kim Kardashian West, is supporting her husband 100 percent. Mr. West remains hospitalized at UCLA Medical Center. He is continuing to recover from ?a mental breakdown.
