It's been a whirlwind 24 hours for Kanye West. On Tuesday morning, it was revealed that West canceled the remainder of his Saint Pablo Tour. Then shortly after the cancelation news broke, E! News learned that West admitted himself into an L.A. hospital. The reason? A source tells E! News that West is "exhausted." E! News has also learned that the LAPD responded to a call at 1:20 p.m. and when they arrived on the scene, "the disturbance call became a medical emergency." Take a look at the E!
