Suggestions that Kylie Jenner was stealing cosmetic ideas originally surfaced in December 2015 when Kylie shared a picture hinting that she was releasing a metallic lipkit. Now, a makeup artist has come forward saying the reality star in fact stole her ideas. Makeup artist, Vlada Haggerty has accused Jenner of stealing her ideas to promote Kylie cosmetics. Vlada posted a very similar photo onto her Instagram in July 2015.
