Rapper Kanye West was admitted into UCLA hospital in Los Angeles late Monday afternoon. Sources say West suffered a mental breakdown while spending time with his friend and personal trainer Harley Pasternak and some other unnamed close confidantes. Something happened during this time that made his friends "very nervous" and they convinced him to go to the hospital for "his own well-being and safety."
