VIDEO : Taraji P. Henson Talks Pay Inequality In Hollywood

Taraji P. Henson recently participated in the Hollywood Reporter's Actresses Roundtable. She brought up the topics of racism and pay inequality in Hollywood. Henson mentioned that it's always hard in Hollywood, even for some of her white friends who haven't worked in five years. She added: "Have we seen enough representation of African-American stories? No. But has Hollywood been horrible to me? No. I?ve worked." Henson said that the conversation should really be turned to pay inequality.
