After performing only three songs in Scarmento, Kanye West abruptly ended his concert. He went on yet another rant about politics, the industry, and Beyonce and Jay Z. At the concert, West even invited Kid Cudi up on stage to perform the wong, "Waves." Shortly after finishing the track, West and Cudi hugged, and West was seen wiping tears from his eyes. He then launched into a 20 minute rant. After his shortened Scramento performance, West was scheduled to perform in Los Angeles. He cancelled his concert. A LA Times reporter then learned that West cancelled the remained of his U.S. Saint Pablo Tour.
