VIDEO : Kourtney Kardashian's Pre-Shower Workout Routine

Kourtney Kardashian is committed to her fitness routine. The mother of 3 recently stopped by "This Morning" and shared that the refuses to take a day off. Kardashian explained that she has a couple of go-to's that she does every day. She said: "No matter what I always do 100 squats before I get in the shower because I won't forget." She also added that she tries to do three sets of 25 tricep dips a day on her bath tub. Kardashian dished that her sister Khloe is one of her best workout partners. They usually hit the gym six days a week and like to try different workouts with a personal trainer.
