TMZ has published a photo of Taylor Swift being allegedly groped by a former radio host. Despite the ?Bad Blood? singer?s request to the court to keep the photo hidden from the public, the website leaked it on Saturday morning. According to Celebuzz, the snap shows DJ David Mueller?s hand placed behind Swift?s dress as they posed for a picture during a 2013 meet-and-greet in Denver, Colo. It?s unclear where Mueller?s hand is really placed. However, Swift claims he intentionally put it under her dress. In her deposition, Swift claimed, ?Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my butt cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there." In fear that the photo would ?be shared for scandalous and prurient interests,? Swift asked the court if it could be sealed. Until now, that is. Swift is waiting to see if the court believes the photo is enough evidence in her sexual assault lawsuit against Mueller.
