One of Taylor Swifts stalkers has been arrested. E! News confirmed that 39 year old Frank Andrew Hoover was arrested and jailed after he followed Swift and her team to their private jet. According to police documents, He followed Swift after her concert at the Formula 1 race, and allegedly followed her motorcade back to the airport. He reportedly told police that he was trying to get a photo and "possibly accompany Taylor wherever she goes.
