News has learned that Jillian filed to have the couple's divorce papers dismissed from court on November 4, and the judge granted it less than a week later, on November 10. "Our marriage was not something I was prepared to let go of," he told People at the time. "I didn't feel like we had done all the work. And we both wanted to do that work.
