After three years of marriage, Rose McGowan and now ex-husband David Leavit finalized their divorce. The couple had considered becoming parents and had frozen embryos at a fertility clinic in Beverly Hills but as part of their divorce settlement the couple agreed that the embryos should be "thawed and destroyed? immediately. Their separation has reportedly been relatively amicable. Since they have no children, child support is a non-issue. Neither will be paying spousal support either.
