Although Brad Pitt has been cleared of child abuse charges, the battle for custody is far from over for Pitt and Angelina Jolie. According to reports from TMZ, Jolie will fight for full custody, and leave her ex with visitation rights. Sources told TMZ that she feels the children would be at risk if Pitt gets joint custody. Additionally, she is prepared to present evidence to a judge that he did commit abuse if there?s a custody battle. The L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services recently revealed that the office decided that Pitt did not commit child abuse when he got into a fight with his son Maddox aboard a private jet in late September.
