Charlize Theron recently sat down with Vanity Fair to talk about growing older in Hollywood. The 41 actress brought up ageism, and how she doesn't think it's a problem in her industry. She said: "Now that I'm 41, I work much more than 20 years ago, and I enjoy it even more." Theron also promoted body positivity and mindfulness.
