In the upcoming episode of 'Keeping up with the Kardashians,' Kim talks to her sister, Kourtney about surrogacy. In a teaser clip for the episode, Kim brought up the topic to weigh both positives and negatives with Kourtney. Her main motivation to have a surrogate is for her physical wellbeing. She said: "Obviously I do want to have my own baby. But I truly don't know if my body can handle it one more time." She added that she has "fears" and "unanswered questions" about the whole process. Kourtney chimed in that no one would ever have to know about the baby during the pregnancy, and that would be a positive for privacy.
