According to The Hollywood Reporter, actor Gary Cole is set to reprise his role on the 'Good Wife' of Kurt McVeigh, a famed ballistics expert and Christine Baranski's Diane Lockhart's husband, on the upcoming spinoff, The Good Fight. Cole made 14 appearances throughout the CBS drama's seven-season run as Kurt, a love interest for Diane after being introduced late in season one. The two eventually married in the program's fifth season. However, their union entered shaky territory in the final episodes of the series, when Kurt was asked on the stand during a trial about whether he had an affair while being married.
