In the midst of a divorce Brad Pitt is now asking a judge to grant him joint custody of his six children with Angelina Jolie Pitt This comes after Jolie and Pitt's Sept. 20 petition to end their two-year marriage and being together for nearly a decade. The actress sought sole physical custody of their six children. The children range from 8 to 15 years of age. Authorities are still investigating Pitt over what happened during a dispute on a private flight with his family that led up to Jolie filing for divorce.
