Since rumors have been circulating about Prince Harry and model Meghan Markle dating, no one had seen much of Markle until Thursday when Markle finally made her first appearance in a while leaving her Toronto home. An insider told E! News that Prince Harry is in "a very relaxed period of his life and Meghan has come along at the right time." Adding that engagement would not come as a surprise.
