"Being Mary Jane" actress Gabrielle Union is at odds with the network after she filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court in October claiming BET attempted to combine season 4 and 5 in order to force Union into doing more seasons than stated in her contract. The complaint's statement read, ?It is outrageous that BET would treat one of its biggest stars in this manner after all she has done to support the network and contribute its success."
