LeBron James and his SpringHill Entertainment banner have set comedy Thankless at CBS. The comedy, currently in development, focuses on a group of ambitious assistants who follow their dreams at a Chicago sports agency. Craig Gerard and Matt Zinman will write the script and executive produce. James and SpringHill banner topper Maverick Carter will also be executive producers of the comedy. Thankless comes from Warner Bros. Television, where SpringHill is under a deal.
