In a recent essay, actress Mila Kunis stook a stand against sexism in Hollywood. She penned an essay and published it on her husband, Ashton Kutcher's, website. She outlined the sexism she's faced in her two-decade long career. "There have been moments when I have been insulted, sidelined, paid less, creatively ignored, and otherwise diminished based on my gender." Kunis also shared how a producer told her that she would "never work again in this town" after refusing to pose semi - nude on the cover of a men's magazine to promote their film. Kunish said that standing up for herself didn't lose her any work, but empowered her create a female-led production company.
