Jennifer Lopez took to her instagram account to share a sexy selfie and send a positive message. She captioned the mirror shot with the has tags: "love yourself first", "feeling empowered", and "healthy body, healthy mind." In a recent interview, Lopez revealed how she was told to lose weight at the start of her career. She recalled her manager telling her that she needed to lose weight. Lopez responded: "I was like, 'No I don't. If I lose any more weight it won't be me.' You know what I mean?" She mentioned that times have changed and she is happy to see the accpetance, and said: "It's just a more accepting time of everything whether it's body type or race or gender."
