VIDEO : Vladimir Putin Makes Steven Seagal A Russian Citizen

Steven Seagal has been granted Russian citizenship. Russian president Vladmir Putin issued a special decree granting the martial arts star citizenship in a message posted on the Kremlin website Thursday. Seagal did not immediately respond, but by Russian law, he is now a citizen whether he accepts or not. A Kremlin spokesperson says that the star has requested citizenship in the past.
