Actress Mila Kunis penned an op-ed for her husband Ashton Kutcher's website, A Plus. The essay focuses on gender bias in the workplace and how Kunis had decided she will no longer tolerate it. In the essay Kunis recounts the times she was confronted with sexism in the workplace and how she used to handle it. Now, Kunis has a new approach to confronting sexisim "head on" at the very moment she's experiencing it. She writes, "I will stop in the moment and do my best to educate."
