Progress toward a more gender-equal world is happening, sure?there are active, open discussions about pay inequality and rape culture; there's a celebration (and reinvigoration) of the feminist movement in the U.S. This is good, but it's not enough for women?particularly in the workplace, Mila Kunis wrote in a powerful essay published today on A Plus. "Change is not coming fast enough to help my friends, my peers, or even our children."
