Brad Garrett is set to wed! The 56-year-old former Everybody Loves Raymond star is engaged to his girlfriend, 32-year-old IsaBeall Quella, his rep confirmed to ET on Tuesday. The two were seen at Fox's 68th Primetime Emmy Awards after-party and they appeared quite smitten with one another.
