Marc Guggenheim, executive producer of the CW series 'Arrow,' posted a picture to Instagram to tease a possible entrance of the DC character The Question into the Arrowverse. The picture shows a fake billboard stating, "Hub City - prime development potential," with a skyline of the area. In the comics, this is the setting of the character The Question, an aggressive journalist as well as vigilante, who may receive some help from the Arrow team.
